200g shelled edamame, cooked (about 1 1/3 cups)
100g cooked brown rice (2 cups & about 1 cup uncooked)
400g broccoli florets, steamed (about 4 cups)
200g sliced carrots, roasted (about 1 1/3 cups)
200g sliced bell peppers, raw (approximately 2-3 peppers)
200g spinach leaves, raw (about 8 cups)
