1 pound ground beef, 93% lean (or other ground protein of your choice, adjusting qty. for protein density)

2 Bell Peppers cut for sauteing (sliced, diced, whatever)

1 onion, cut for sauteing

1 20 oz bag frozen broccoli

2 T. Tahini (or Samin Nosrat’s Tahini Butter recipe)

4-8 tsp. Harissa Paste
